These are not cheap, low quality lights. Make sure both battery and on\/off switch is OFF. 2. Put in AA battery’s in the correct order. 3. Turn on the battery pack (NOT the on\/off switch). 4. Use on\/off switch when preferred. In simpler terms, just make sure the battery pack turns on first THEN the on\/off switch. To replace battery’s, make sure everything is OFF (turn off on\/off switch THEN the battery) and switch out battery’s as normal. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf your on\/off switch doesn’t work (only if it does NOT do anything, if it flickers when you turn it on\/off, that’s from not following the sequence above) try turning the red switch on THEN the battery pack. This could potently fry it so be cautious. For this reason, some red on\/off may be backwards, but it should still work just fine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe test these lights for every order before shipping!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eWe may or may not include an Allen key with your order to mount the light.
